The beach of Puerto del Rosario or Playa Chica which its often called, can be found on the East Coast, in the center of the capital of the island of Fuerteventura, it is very easy to get to this beach, if coming from the south on FV 2 you only have to reach the first roundabout which is in the city, turn right towards the sea, going down a hill, the beach appears before you a few yards on the right.

This beach is very small, as its name suggests, "Beach Girl, " its very quiet and the water is safe protected by the dock, has golden sand and has outgoing breakwater on the left.

This beach is one that may have more services on the island, a wide promenade with seating areas, benches and shade, ramps and stairs to the beach, wooden pathways for the disabled, lifeguard tower, showers, restrooms, recycle bins, umbrellas (free) and a few meters there are restaurants, bar terraces, shops, and a shopping center.
